Gaskets & Seals
Sealing rings and gaskets that need a true compression set rather than a rigid substitute.
For gaskets, seals, and padding that need genuine rubber or foam performance rather than a 3D-printed flexible substitute, we source and cut compatible sheet material to your pattern. The cutting method is confirmed for each formulation because not every rubber is laser-safe.
Compresses and recovers in a way that printed TPU can't fully replicate, available across a range of durometers and thicknesses for either a firm seal or soft cushioning.
Sealing rings and gaskets that need a true compression set rather than a rigid substitute.
Protective padding, edge trim, and vibration dampening cut to fit exactly.
Textured grip surfaces and anti-slip mats where traction is the whole job.
Machine feet, isolation pads, and damping layers that reduce transferred vibration and surface noise.
Neoprene and EPDM are the general-purpose choices for gaskets and weatherproofing, silicone sheet holds up better across temperature extremes, nitrile resists oils and fuels well, and foam rubber trades sealing performance for cushioning and sound/vibration dampening. Unlike a 3D-printed flexible part, sheet rubber and foam genuinely compress and recover their shape over repeated cycles. They're cut to a flat pattern rather than a 3D form, so more complex geometries may need a combination of cut rubber and another process.
